INPUTS
The FusionTire™ reactor is capable of diverting millions of End-of-Life Tires from landfills, monofills or harmful high emission uses such as burning in kilns or mills.
-
FusionOne collects and receives tires and primary shred from producers, county landfills and recyclers.
-
We granulate, removing the steel and fiber which go on to further recycling processes.
-
The clean rubber granulate is then fed to our reactor for processing into circular material outputs.

OUTPUTS
FusionOne™ produces a recovered Carbon Black (rCB) that meets or substantially exceeds the proposed ASTM standards for the highest grade of rCB required by tire manufactures. The process also produces a clean pyrolysis oil ready to be used as a renewable feedstock.
-
Renewable Oils: up to 12,000 tons pa.
-
Recovered Carbon Black (rCB): 9,600 tons pa.
-
Renewable Hydrogen-rich syngas: 3800 tons pa.
-
Zero/Ultra Low Emission Microgrid Electricity

Most waste tires are burned, each tire releasing approximately 22 kg of CO2 per tire. Waste tire stockpiles exceed 50 million tons nationally. The United States alone produces 3.45 million tons of scrap passenger tires, that’s 15,000 Statues of Liberty
FusionOne will consume millions of End-of-Life Tires annually and process them to produce sustainable materials. With our zero-burn technology, we provide a solution at the highest level of sustainability
